SMART CITIES DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF INDIA

The new government inspiration to develop smart cities in India gives new hope with new ideas to live in a smart ways. People mostly move one place to another place to gain something, shopping, meet with someone etc, hence need to travel. Smart city must help to avoid travel, the most online things help people to go out for shopping, job once they can avail all service in finger tips. A smart city need smart Wi Fi system in free or reasonable rate. A smart city must earn more income than expenditure to get handsome profit in every sense to save more time to its people. The more income each city get will lead the whole nation in profit.

India should develop every city and town in Smart city and Smart town. The following are the need to heed the issues with reason to get perfect smart city.

• TIME SAVING: A smart city should run everything in perfect timing. It should have timing which the most developed city like Mumbai, Kolkata, New Delhi, Bangaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad people like to travel in time bound travelling mode like local train and metro rail. All travelling mode should set departure and arrival timing, without delaying people precious time and it should have frequency during pick up hours with fast service.

• LOW MAINTENANCE TRAVEL MODE: In India, most of transportation run outdated train, buses etc, Train need launch in low maintenance with low electric consuming. Buses are highly maintenance travel mode as its basic fuel is diesel, it needs constant replacement of six tire and tube, engine oil and other mechanical parts expenditure, with low passenger capacity. Most busy route should be replace with TRAM transportation,
  
  with two or three bogie with general, ladies and luggage bogie with minimum speed of 40km/h to 60km/h. It can save diesel, which India is borrowing from gulf nation, and it should have schedule departure/arriving timing. Most auto ricksaw must develop with battery system vehicles to avoid air and noise pollution, and save petrol/CNG.

• SMART GOVERNMENT BODY: A smart city need smart and loyal government body. They must approve the clearance to develop the city in planned and systematic way like CIDCO in Navi Mumbai. All government work should transform in online way, in order to save people valuable time. Government leader should find out the people's problem and make fast provision for it. Government body should be free of corruption.

• SMART LAW AND ORDER; A city will not get 5 star unless its having good law and order and less crime. A city must be under control of perfect police force and justice. Still there is many case hanging for more than ten years consuming more time in justice and disturbing mind set of an innocent people. All the complaint from people side must be attempt in prompt action. A smart city need Smart Control Room, with CCTV access to every corner of the city to avoid crime like 26/11, molestation, rape, murder etc. 

• SMART EMERGENCY WAY: A smart medical health check up is needed in time is primary concern in Indian cities. There should be proper law in traffic rule to give clearance to all emergency vehicles first. Smart city need smart people with smart responsibility towards there society. There should be a special way for special vehicles like Ambulance, Fire brigade, police etc.

NELSON MANDELA LIFE TESTING MOMENT

Long Walk to Freedom, Author by Nelson R Mandela, share his extraordinary story of his life--an epic of struggle, setback, renewed hope, and ultimate triumph.  The above quote is very clear about the humanity which was vanish from the ruler to being human. This small quote express a lot how honorable Nelson Mandela has struggle to realize the ruler what they do with human, which is not humanity. Nelson Mandela clearly stated that human beings are born of nature and brought up according to there region, have equal right like every human have. Mandela himself determine to uplift his nation and his people whether to face insult, hopelessness and even to death. 

   Mandela also stated "There were many dark moments when my faith in humanity was sorely tested" it is the time when the question of humanity arise, Mandela set his definition of humanity by default not to change the definition through the pressure of the ruler. He struggle a lot with the love for his people and nation and continue to fight, without setting himself back, he renewed his hope in every step to reach his destination with ultimate triumph of victory for humanity.

    

LAW BECOME CHEATER FOR VICTIMS AND HOPE FOR CRIMINAL

The crime of gang rape in South Delhi on 16 December 2012 shock not only India but the whole world. Around the world including India there was a great protest against government. The victim died after 13 days at Singapore where she was taken for special care. The case is going on fast track for name sake but the reality is everyone in court waiting for more money to be added in their pocket. The law become cheater for victims and hope for criminal. 

The biggest issue is that, the main accused is minor, no problem wait for major and go ahead with capital punishment. The act is totally rarest of rare case, this kind of horrible crime no body else ever had a dream. The victim died of severe pain, leaving all hope for her better future in education, career, and peaceful life with family members. Law has so mercy on the criminal but rude to the victims. My question is that, are all the lawyer are human being or just a money making machine to free the criminals, and victim family goes without satisfactory justice. 

If such kind of law is going ahead without rectifying the mistake of Law department, then surely people will never follow the law, in fact they will try to take the law in there own hand. Beside having all the evidence the court is delaying in giving proper judgment for whole nation. The rape case increase more than the past decades records, why? Because there is no law. If law go like this, there will be lawlessness, before it too late, government and supreme court must take necessary actions to justify all the pending cases within a year. But for Juvenile case the time is already lapse, do not discourage the women's right, the victim's family and rest of all families in India.

STOP CHILD LABOR

Child labor is one of the worst social evils waving in many countries, snatching the basic rights of children of getting hygienic food, clothing, shelter and education instead of exploiting them for being innocent. This social evil need to be over thrown from root cause. Child labor refer to employment in any work to get advantage of exploiting being silent. Child labor is extremely dangerous for future society as the child are abuse mentally, physically, or morally which may disturb there life and may lead to select wrong path for the rest of there life.

Child labor practice is considered exploitative by many international organizations. Legislations across the world prohibit child labour. The cause of child labor begins from unplanned family members, alcoholic father neglecting the household matter, early orphan due to death of parents through accident, riot, sickness, war, or by natural disaster. The child with no gaurdian, become the prey to this evil world where they can't justify the right way of life. Because of high rate of gradually increasing in child labour leads the nations and societies in the fields of terrorism, criminals, prostitutions, and many other criminal professions. Every government of the nation must audit strictly to tackle the situation of child labor. Around the world most people went missing from the government, where those are missing but trafficing. 

In the basic human right there is certain right according to there age like children right to be educated, play and other child activities, for younger generation who finished there education have right to get jobs, and basic human rights as per the law and order of the nation and for old age they must be having right to retirement age with pension. But, those right are slip by some extend.

Government around the world must impose such a law that every citizen should have right to audit or check to stop child labor  through necessary legal actions with information to right authority. This dark age of child labor should be abolish from root cause.

SPEND IT ALL VERSUS SAVE FOR THE FUTURE

Spend lavishly lead to corruption which is like foolish act. Money should be managed for smooth functioning of all the things by God’s wisdom. “The wise man saves for the future, but the foolish man spends whatever he gets,” Proverbs 21:20. So perhaps it refers to two people: the wise who made his house plentiful and the foolish man who had not worked and saved but just consumes it without thinking or keeping up the hard work.[1] “An understanding men, women sees danger in future, and take refuge in present, but the simple keep on going carelessly and suffer for it in the future,” Proverbs 22:3. It is easy to see danger when its happening, but it takes a prudent man to see it coming and take evasive action. He expression keep going mean the danger is evident but the simple refuses to face up it.[2]  Both may be aware of impending danger, but prudent takes it what is right and good and the foolish suffer because of his careless wishes. One takes danger seriously, the other makes light of it.
