HOW CAN I GET SUCCESS?

THIS QUESTION IS VERY FAMILIAR AMONG THE YOUNGSTER WHO ARE ENTERING IN THE WORLD OF WORK FORCE

What is Success? सफलता क्या है?

"Success is what you deserves and accomplish your dream in the way to put in action"

This question is also very important to me when I was youth, even today also this question is important for me to lead and guide myself and others also. According to me the very first thing for success should be genuine. Genuine in the sense to give satisfaction in yourself and the person surrounded in our society.

Most often everyone is thinking the key to success is hard work, but it is not ultimate answer for the success. Some people think making more money is the answer of success, definitely not its may lead to failure. Some people think only fulfilling my dream, I am a success. Success is not one time attempt it is regular process of step by step and need to be success in every stage you go through.

For example, when we first get an admission to Lower KG school our responsibility to study and other activities begins, and in every step we need to secure good marks in order to go to the next level till our graduation/post graduation/PhD. Success also likewise we need to have our goal and responsibility to achieve it one by one. During the course of success we need to be success in every area of responsibility including our family life too.

  • Key to Success / सफलता का रश्ता
  1. Know your goal / आपका लक्ष्य् को जानिए
  2. Know your responsibility / अपने  जिम्मेदारिओं को जानिए।
  3. Know your challenges in the way to your goal / आपके लक्ष्य् के मार्ग में  चुनौतियों को जानिए।
  4. Know how to tackle the challenges / जानिए की चुनौतियों को किस तरह निपटना है।
  5. Be prepared with negative situation / नकारात्मक स्थिति के साथ तैयार रहना।
  6. Improve your skill and Smart work / अपने कला को बढ़ोतरी और तीर्व काम करे।
The Holy Bible Ecclesiastes 10:10 "If the ax is dull, And one does not sharpen the edge, Then he must use more strength; But wisdom brings success.

For example if a man is cutting down a tree with blunt edge of ax it will take more time to cut down the trees with great effort is like hard work, and if a man is seating and sharpening its edge of ax with rock, then it will take less time to cut down the trees with less effort, that is smart work.

TOP TEN AGENDA OF MODI GOVERNMENT FOR SOLUTION

The 282 seated sole winner of India's Lok Sabha election 2014, Modi government finally set to form the new government for the next five years. We congratulate him for becoming our 16th Lok Sabha Prime Minister of India.
BJP has just won the election 2014 and having wonderful agenda for India's new era, Its just a theory and practical is yet to come till 2019. Modi set top ten agenda before Election 2014 and all eye is set, how and when it will fulfill. Let us see at glance the top ten agenda's of Modi Government.
 1) GOODS AND SERVICES TAX:
India's most ambitious indirect tax reform would replace existing state and federal levies with a uniform tax, boosting revenue collection while cutting business transaction costs. GST, which could boost India's economy by up to 2% points and has so far faced resistance from various states, including those governed by the BJP who fear a loss of their fiscal powers.
The BJP aims to address state concerns and implement GST in an "appropriate time frame". The Congress party would back the reform in opposition, a senior party member told Reuters earlier this month. The reform needs broad backing because it requires a change in the constitution.
As per me the service tax is levied even in basic needs of human in India, cost it to pay more and more, service tax levied in food items, registration of flat for residing and sometime even cloth, which should be consider with less tax rate.

2) RESERVE BANK OF INDIA
A Reserve Bank of India panel in January proposed key changes including targeting consumer price inflation and making a committee responsible for monetary policy, and not the RBI governor alone. This would require changes to the RBI Act. The BJP top brass has not spoken widely on the issue, but it will likely be a tough sell for RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan. He has the backing of some global agencies like the International Monetary Fund. Modi's government also promise to decrease the country's debt to foreign investor. The next government should maintain the 3rd largest economy in the world in ranking. And need to control strong financial status with other developed countries.

3) PRIVATIZATION
The new government is likely to focus on selling its holdings in state-run firms that could raise much-needed revenues to trim India's ballooning fiscal deficit and boost economic growth. The rising stock market helped New Delhi raise more than $3 billion via stake sales in the fiscal year to March 31 - but that was only a third of the government's original target. But privatization may lead to unsecured jobs for many.

4) SUBSIDIES
Modi's government needs to examine how it subsidies basic commodities if it is to contain the fiscal deficit and avoid a ratings downgrade. Subsidies cost an estimated 2.2 percent of India's GDP in 2013-14. The BJP in its manifesto said it will seek greater fiscal discipline without compromising on the availability of funds for development. The new government should decrease the price of basic needs in India.

5) LABOR
The BJP wants to reform labor laws to boost job-intensive manufacturing and create as many as 10 million jobs a year for young Indians entering the workforce. Changing the law would be politically tricky, though, and Modi may seek to encourage competition between India's states to boost job creation. If this will be plan then within next year there should not be any unemployment. Hope Modi can resolve it. But Modi government should also make a pay scale law according to qualification and sector wise to avoid employee exploitation.
6) DEFENSE
More foreign investment in defense would help India reduce imports, modernism weapons systems and speed up deliveries of hardware it needs for operations and training. India, the world's biggest arms importer, now allows 26 percent foreign ownership in defense and proposals to exceed that limit are considered only for state-of-the-art technology. The BJP has said it would allow some greater foreign investment in defense industries. But government should not waste money for unnecessary equipment rather think for better development in other sectors too.
7) INSURANCE
Attempts to raise the cap on foreign investment in India's $45 billion insurance sector, to 49 percent from 26 percent, have met resistance from employees at state-controlled insurers and their political backers. A BJP leader said in March the party had held talks with Congress to break the deadlock. The new government should remove service tax in insurance policy too, it is just a waste of money for common man.
8) BANKING
The next government will need to help state-run lenders battling rising bad loans caused by the slowing economy, rising interest rates and project delays.
Stressed loans in India - either bad and restructured - total $100 billion, or about 10 percent of all loans. Fitch Ratings expects that ratio to reach 14 percent by March 2015. Rising bad loans threaten to choke the gradual recovery in Asia's third-largest economy, according to the OECD. The interim budget in February set aside $1.89 billion to help the sector meet key capital ratios, but analysts say more money is needed. Bank need to provide better service to its customers. And interest rate in saving account, fixed deposit account and recurring account should be increase.
9) POWER
A BJP-led government may implement the so-called Gujarat model of distributing electricity that has been widely praised for delivering reliable 24-hour power supplies in the state. Modi provided different power feeds to farmers, households, and companies instead of a uniform feed in his home state. Electricity problem is common even in the cities of India, hope this government will do its best.
10) GAS PRICING
In January India notified the new gas pricing formula that could double the prices of locally produced gas from April 1, but the poll regulator stopped the government
from raising the prices until the elections are over.Reliance Industries and its partners BP and Niko Resources last week issued a notice of arbitration to the government seeking implementation of higher gas prices. The BJP-led government may review the formula on the lines suggested by a senior party leader last year and announce the date of implementation of new prices. Modi government should listen to the common men and women request rather than millionaire businessmen, because people has elected him to become Prime Minister.

Conclusion
This are just a theory and big dream of Modi's government hope will see the dream as fulfillment of many household of Indian family. The previous government also do lot things in the development and it is now BJP government responsibility to fulfill all the pending works of development in India. The real story will begins from 26th May 2014 onward.

HISTORY MAKER BOOK THE BIBLE

  WHY THE BIBLE IS UNIQUE???

1. The Uniqueness of its Composition
  • The Bible is comprised of 66  books, and it was written over a period of at least 2,000 years by more than 40 authors and the most important is most of the author didn't know each other personally.
  • The writers of the Bible came from different social and occupational backgrounds through out the Old testament and the New Testament (for example Moses – Political leader, educated in Pharaoh's palace; Joshua – General of Army; David - Shepherd and King, Solomon – the Richest king of the world whose record still now nobody has break;  Amos – Shepherd; Nehemiah – Cup-bearer; Daniel – Politician and Leader; Peter – Fisherman; Luke – Physician; Matthew – Tax-collector, Apostle Paul - Counselor and Lawyer) etc.
  • The authors of the Bible wrote in completely different geographic environments and under different circumstances (for example Moses – in the desert; Jeremiah – in a prison; David – in the mountains and in his palace; Paul – in prison; Luke – during his journeys; John – during his exile at Patmos) etc.
  • They wrote in different states of mind. They wrote regarding sorrow, sin, joyfulness, prophecy etc, but all credit goes to one God.
  • 66 books are found under canonical way, as different author is writing from different places, different period, different situation, different issues and not knowing who is writing what, still then they wrote about one God who is still do miracles.
  • The Bible was composed on three different continents (Asia, Africa and Europe) and in three languages (Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek). Today the Bible is translated in many languages whose record also no other books has break.
2. The Uniqueness of its Objective Unity
  • Unity in its objective: Although the Bible was written by about 40 different authors during a period of at least 2,000 years and although these writers lived on three different continents (Asia, Africa and Europe) and belonged to various cultures, languages, region and custom, the Bible has a unifying objective. "The main theme is to give answers to these basic questions, Why you are in earth, who send you and where you will go after death. All the author's basic view about the God is the same. They wrote about Almighty God, whom man should praise and worship, because of His faithfulness to man even in the abnormal situation."The Bible discuss about the begining of the world with everlasting life, who is first man and woman in the earth, why death exist, why there is sorrow, why there is disappointment, in last breath what is the basic meaning of life, and what will happen life after death." Is there a possibility for a relationship between God and man, and if so – how? How you can be saved to acquire eternal life.
The Bible wants to lead man to God (cf. John 20:31 and 2 Timothy 3:14-17).
Unity in its contents of Christ Centered : The Bible is all about one central figure – Jesus Christ (ईसा मसीह). Basically, the complete Old Testament points to this Person, be it through metaphors or be it through direct prophecies that Jesus Christ will come to save the world from the bondage of sins. The New Testament shows us the fulfillment of these prophecies through complete healing from any kind of deseases, evil spirit, and many miracles rising from death and the meaning and the consequences of the coming of Christ for the second time.

3. The Uniqueness of its Relevance
  • Although the Bible is already many centuries old, it is still read regularly and with great interest by very many people, the Bible still works in great way in the life of human, it is so powerful that human can face any unnatural things which cannot be possible in the sight of man but can see the possiblity through the Bible.
  • The Bible is a book that has been relevant in every epoch of world history – whether in times of war or peace, in the Dark Ages or in our modern technological age. Millions of people have found nourishment, help, and encouragement in this book. The Bible is the only book in the world that is read by people from all walks of life and from every age group.
  • The Bible is the inventure of all mordern technologies, of all engineering which we see in the making of Noah's Ark.
The Day of the Lord (Zephaniah 1:7-18; 1 Thessalonians 5:1-112 PETER 3:10 "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." You may understand with the feature given in the above sentence what technology may it be.

FOR MOTHERS

"MOTHER" THE SPECIAL GIFT OF GOD

Most often it is been told that children are the gift from God. But, when children grew up, then they understand how God has blessed them through caring mother. Really, Mother are the special gifts to every one of us. When we came to earth first time, we met our mother first. What a previllege God has given to us through our mother who cares and comfort us. I wonder sometime, how God has created mother with so much of passion filled in them for the love of their children. Mother always try to defend for their children. They always want to see there children to be blessed, they always pray for our well being. They sacrifice most of there valuable things and time, only to see our smiling face to feel that we are blessed.............HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY "GOD is so good he gave us a caring mother."

BLAME GAME

Today it is an election fever in India, and all political parties are blaming each others by commenting their weak points and teasing each others characters. In India today even lower KG students also not doing so. Our political parties blame gaming each other and media also taking entertainment by putting extra oil in the unwanted stuff. From morning to evening we hear "Aarop lagaya, aarop lagaya and aarop lagaya, isne wo bola to usne so bol diya," means Blame, blame and blame, this person says something, so other react it and feedback it. And media approach with the other political man and give the report "usne yeh aarop lagaya hai to aapka kya kehena"? means that person blame you, what you wanna says about it??

Today the great question arising, is it the quality of Indian leadership?? or what benefit India gets from this unwanted blame game??  Is this will help India towards growth??

India is the largest democratic nation and today it is third largest economics, due to some inflentual leadership quality takeover in the Indian government. The blame game is like any game having two parties and audience look after ball and all.

Q1. Is it the quality of Indian leaders??
The major question I may say is it the quality of leadership to blame each other. Firstly a leader is too much busy in promoting the nation towards its actual goal, they are not abound with lot of time in unwanted staff of blame game, in fact our Indian political leaders having lot of time to tweet, but no time to action to accomplish a single task. In India, there are many political leader who really do there best in uplift the nation without talking too much, to whom I appreciate.

Q2. What benefit India gets from this unwanted blame game??
Nothing.....in fact media will make different stories, and upload it to their channel and brain washing the common man, waste their valuable time and finally load of electricity bill come and nothings growth in common man and to India. A leader should be always focusing on growth of India and how they can shortout some Indian society issues. The person who blame others, is only proofing how weak he/she is and making excuse of what mistake the person did.

Q3.  Is this will help India towards growth??
No way it can help. Simply promising and not fulfilling is not the quality of leadership, it is quality of lier. Action speaks louder than voice. More than a road show, if the leaders do what make sense to the need of common man is more than a road show and advertising themselves. In market many products are not advertise anywhere, but there product is so nice that the person who use it advertise the others and it make sense of benefiting the person in quality and not wasting money on advertising the product.

Familiar Quote: "Time and tide wait for none". So keep blogging and develop yourself, your society and your nation, rather watching blame game of non sense political people and media. Why political people?? Because they are not leader. Hope every blogger do such a sense that this political people will follow your leadership.
